10. Find a fancy recipe that intimidates you. Cook it, post pictures, and share the results.
I’m on a diet (Weight Watchers) so I didn’t look for a fancy recipe that intimidates me. Instead, I’ll share what I had for dinner and what my meals typically look like.
First, I had a chicken caesar salad. It was just lettuce, two tablespoons of Simply Dressed caesar dressing, half of a boneless skinless chicken breast and some black pepper.
Then I had broccoli, baked with a small amount of olive oil and seasoning salt, a new favorite of mine.
And for dessert, a piece of star fruit (carambola). I love this stuff.
Overall it was a delicious healthy meal. I lost 4.2 pounds last week alone and I’m hoping to get another big number this week.
